Partners Program Terms and Conditions

These Partners Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Summa School Partners Program ("Program"). By signing up for the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program: To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you agree to:

​

• Promote Summa School’s educational services in a professional and ethical manner.

• Use approved marketing materials provided by Summa School when promoting our services. You may also create your own marketing materials.

• Refrain from engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing affiliate marketing activities.

3. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of up to 20% on each qualified sale generated through their referral link and unique affiliate code. Commission rates and eligibility criteria are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid when partner invoices are received. Payments will be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Summa School reserves the right to withhold payment for any sales that are determined to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5. Tracking and Reporting: Affiliates will have access to a personalized dashboard for tracking sales, commissions, and performance metrics in real-time. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that referral links are properly tagged to receive credit for sales.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all accrued but unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

7. Modification of Terms: Summa School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email or through their affiliate dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability: Summa School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not join the Program.
